Johannes was inspired by his professors at the Amsterdam Law School to strive for greatness: ‘The LLM in European Private Law offers the chance to acquire the knowledge that makes you a truly European lawyer.’

Juliana shares her enthusiasm about the Advanced LLM programme. ‘The LLM allows you to set a better understanding of the background discussion that supports business taxation.’

American student Phillip studied Public International Law at the UvA. Eventually, he wants to end up working in the space industry. ‘To me the most interesting thing about Public International Law is getting to know the rules dictating how governments function.’ 

Jiao chose to study at the Amsterdam Law School to better understand the European market structure. ‘These experiences are useful for China, since China has been aiming at restructuring and liberalizing a number of sectors.’
