This masterclass is designed for HR professionals, D&I managers, CEOs, and other professionals who wish to deepen their understanding of diversity and inclusion.

The intensive program covers all aspects of D&I, with insights from renowned scholars and experts from Europe and the US. By the end, you will have the skills and tools to develop an actionable D&I strategy.

A unique feature of this program is the opportunity to invite stakeholders from your organization for free to five lectures, which is essential for the success of your D&I strategy.

  • Get to work: Your personal challenges and personal diversity & inclusion plan or strategy 

Programme

The Diversity & Inclusion programme includes 8 sessions across four chapters: exploring D&I theory, building a diverse culture, practical implementation, and concluding with participants presenting their plans and business cases. Key topics cover biases, social exclusion, inclusive communication, and strategies for diverse talent attraction and retention. Highlights include insights from Harvard Business Review authors Brad Johnson and David Smith, best practices from organizations like Warner Bros, IBM, and Deutsche Telekom, and features like guest lectures, gamification, and personalized coaching to align strategies with organizational goals.
