Testimonial Patrick de Vries - Master’s track Coaching & Vitality in Organisations
I was mainly interested in coaching and, to a lesser extent, vitality in organisations. I believe in the helping ability of conversations. "Coach" is not a job title protected by intensive training or a strictly regulated code of conduct. Anyone can call themselves a coach, even those who haven't received any training. With an academic background in the scientific literature of coaching, I feel better equipped and justified to engage in any coaching practice.
My answer is very simple, I haven't found any other university that offers a Master’s track in Coaching.
This Master’s track lasts only one year. The pace is fast and the work pressure is high. If like me, you are starting after a gap of a few years between your Bachelor's and Master's degree, you may struggle at first. That's all right, but don't let it get you down. I have noticed that students who enrolled immediately after their Bachelor's degree had it a little easier.
