Deepen your technical and substantive knowledge and improve your skills in IT auditing with the Digital Auditing track of the Executive MSc of Auditing Studies. You will learn how financial and operational audits relate to each other. Additionally, you will develop your advisory and research skills.

Curriculum

In the first year, you will explore the broad spectrum of disciplines within the auditing field. In the second year, you will deepen your understanding of managing technology projects, systems, information security and infrastructures. You will complete the programme by writing a thesis.

Shortened RA, RO and RC programmes 

If you are a registered accountant (RA), registered operational auditor (RO) or registered controller (RC), you can follow a tailored curriculum that allows you to obtain the RE certification within 1 to 1.5 years.

Research-based teaching 

For all courses, we apply theory to understand practice (research-based teaching). We use insights from academic literature as the foundation to explain real-world cases. 

Teamwork 

You will be taught in small groups, providing ample opportunity to ask questions and discuss answers. You will also have the opportunity to engage in discussions with your fellow students and share professional experiences. Everyone shares their own business cases, and during group discussions, you will delve deeper into the material.
