Lowering your study costs via a tax benefit

With this arrangement, the cooperation of your employer is essential. Your employer should be willing to pay your tuition fee and deduct this amount from your gross salary. In this way, your fiscal salary (= the salary you pay tax on) reduces so that you will pay lower taxes. For your employer, this is cost neutral, while your benefit may go up to 50% of the tuition fees. More about studying with a tax benefit.
