Conflict Studies
The minor Conflict Studies provides students with an interdisciplinary perspective that relates the analysis of local, national, international and transnational conflicts. It familiarises students with critical theoretical perspectives, the research of different faculty, and with approaches to analysing and addressing conflict.
This minor is for students who are interested in:
- the historical development of the field of conflict,
- the causes and dynamics of conflict,
- intervening and resolving conflicts.

Entry Requirements
- Students must have completed their first bachelor year.
- Not open to students from universities of applied sciences (HBO).

The registration period for a minor in the academic year 2025-2026 is 1 April - 13 May 2025.
