About the speaker

Ernest Lim is a Professor of Law and Vice Dean at the Faculty of Law, National University of Singapore (NUS). He received his DPhil (PhD) and BCL from the University of Oxford, LLM from Harvard Law School and LLB from NUS.His research interests include comparative corporate law and governance as well as private law. He has published widely on the implications of these areas of law for sustainability, AI, investors’ and directors’ fiduciary duties, state-owned enterprises, social enterprises, and corporate attribution.
