Classes meet weekly for 2 hours, with mandatory attendance. Taught in English using the Socratic method, you prepare judicial decisions or academic texts for discussion. Economic principles are drawn from real cases, with interactive sessions focusing on critical analysis. Law & Economics III requires a short research paper, emphasizing empirical and theoretical evaluation of legal and economic issues.
