In the first semester of the one-year Information Systems Master's track you will get an overview of the Information Systems domain, including essential concepts, theories and problems. As further specialisation you gain insights in the theory of complex adaptive systems.
In the second semester you will investigate the interface between sensors, data, APIs, machine intelligence and societal interventions with practical application to people and real world problems.
The entry requirements and the application procedure for this Master’s track depends on whether you have completed your prior education in the Netherlands or abroad.
Yes, the Information Systems track is available on a part-time basis. You will complete the programme in two years instead of one. You follow one half of the curriculum in the first year and the other half in the next.
The application process and the deadline depend on whether you have completed your prior education in the Netherlands or abroad. We strongly recommend to start the application procedure at least a week before the deadline. Getting all your documents ready and going through the process will take several days.
For programme-related questions, please contact the Track Coordinator, Katja Rogers
International degree students with questions about the application procedure can contact the International Team using this web form.
For other questions (from both Dutch and international degree students), contact the Central Student Service Desk:
