Since 2018, the Amsterdam Young Academy (AYA) has been committed to interdisciplinary research, social dialogue and research policy. AYA is the only young academy in which young researchers from two universities work together. What are the important issues that AYA addresses and what has been achieved so far? Dean Marieke de Goede talks to Aybüke Özgün (philosopher and recently appointed AYA member) and Bert Bakker (until recently AYA board member).
