Georgia is a Master’s graduate in Economics and Business Economics with a specialisation in Marketing from the Erasmus School of Economics, Rotterdam. She is now a Lecturer in Marketing at Amsterdam Business School.
Before coming to Amsterdam, Georgia was a teaching assistant at the Rotterdam School of Management in Professional Development. She also worked as a trainer for personal development at Lifeversity.
After being a junior lecturer at the Department of Marketing, she is currently a PhD Student. During her PhD, she will deal with topics like techno-optimism, pro-environmental behaviour and polarisation. Ultimately, her research purpose lies in the intersection between understanding consumer behaviour and learning how to nudge them to make better choices for the environment and themselves. Thus, her main focus is Marketing for Societal Impact.
Moreover, she is teaching marketing courses at Amsterdam Business School and supervising BSc thesis students.
Georgia is passionate about teaching and research. Her main interests are consumer behaviour, advertising and responsible consumption.
