As a lecturer I am involved in a number of courses focusing on psychological research methods and statistics. The methodologies can be applied in numerous domains, including neuroscience, healthcare, education and behavioural finance.

As a researcher I investigate how we can improve the assessments in our bachelor and master programs. These assessments include rubric-guided grading of writing assignments as well as selection tests for bachelor programs at the University of Amsterdam.
