Mirthe Jiwa joined the Centre for the Study of European Contract Law (CSECL) as a PhD researcher in September 2016. She conducts her research within the context of the research project ‘The Architecture of Post-National Rulemaking’, and is supervised by Prof. M.W. Hesselink and Dr M. Bartl. Her research focusses on the self-employed person in European private law.
