    Janine Haebel (1988) holds a BA and MA in European Ethnology from the University of Munich, Germany.

    In 2018 she joined the department of Anthropology as a Ph.D. candidate (Topic: "Women negotiating gender, desires and intimacies in northern Tanzania") under the supervision of Rachel Spronk.
    Since December 2017 she is a fellow of the Foundation of German Business.
