Arnoud is director in the service line Sustainability of Mazars and an experienced line and program manager, internal auditor and advisor. His focus lies on strategy implementation (incl governance, risk management and organizational culture). He primarily supports privately owned companies and public organizations.
Arnoud connects current regulatory and academic insights with business practice and translates strategy into operations. He helps his clients to be 'in control', with an eye for both hard and soft controls. In the past, among other responsibilities: Director Corporate Risk & Audit both at Royal Schiphol Group and ProRail, Program manager Safety, Quality & Sustainability and Director Railway traffic control at ProRail and Airside Operations Manager at Schiphol. Former career officer Royal Netherlands Navy.
In addition to his primary work member of Mazars Foundation board, lecturer Executive MSc Internal Auditing and Executive Master Sustainability (‘ESG Academy’ ) at University of Amsterdam.
