    Short Bio

    Thesis coordinator with more than a decade of experience in university and polytechnics teaching, coordination and course development. My specialty is economic methodology and methodology of or for Business Studies, but at Bachelor level I taught everything from financial accounting to law of property. My dissertation dealt with the relation between Marx and Hegel and its implications for mathematical model building in economics. Brill has contracted my dissertation for publication in their Historical Materialism book series.

    Macro-economics, Thesis seminars, Economic methodology.

    Research interests

    Economic methodology, methodology of business studies, history of economic thought, systematic dialectical methodology and mathematical model building.

    My dissertation sparked some interest in mathematical circles. As a result, the Koninklijk Wiskundig Genootschap (Royal Society of Mathematics), interviewed me for the March issue of their periodical Nieuw Archief voor Wiskunde (New archive for Mathematics):
