    Eva Billen (PhD) is universitair docent bij de afdeling klinische psychologie aan de Universiteit van Amsterdam. Ze promoveerde aan de Universiteit van Tilburg op het verbeteren van het begrip van zelfregulatie in forensische settings. Haar voornaamste interesse ligt in forensische psychologie en behandeling. Ze heeft specifieke interesses in zelfregulatie en persoonlijkheid, evenals veranderingen en verbeteringen tijdens behandeling en risicotaxatie. Ze heeft een interesse in longitudinale en tijdreeksgegevens, zowel op de lange als de korte termijn. Onderzoeksmethoden richten zich voornamelijk op vragenlijsten en bestandsgegevens, maar omvatten ook taken, kwalitatieve interviews en experience sampling.
