To facilitate this positive feeling and the connection with the master Brain and Cognitive Sciences for others, together with staff and other alumni, we took the initiative in 2015 to found the Alumni Network Brain and Cognitive Sciences. With grateful joy I have been President of the ANBCS bringing together alumni and students, old and new friends. Furthermore, I am still connected with the MBCS, being a coach for the student coach initiative that started in 2018 and an academic-mentor since I graduated. With the experience I gained in the academic world (PhD, post-doc, programme manager), outside academia (project-management, business-development), and co-founding and running my own startup (Attention Architects) I hope to inspire others and create a bridge between science and business.
