    Dr. Radboud G.F. Winkels is associate professor in Computer Science and Law at the “Leibniz Center for Law” and dean of the PPLE college.

    As a psychologist and AI researcher he specializes in artificial legal reasoning, (social) network analysis, natural language processing, (legal) data science and (legal) ontologies. He teaches in AI and Forensic Science. He was president of the JURIX foundation of Legal Knowledge and Information Systems and  of the International Association of AI and Law.

    From 2012-2015 Winkels was the chair of the Central Workers Council of the University of Amsterdam and from 2000-2006 chair of the Workers Council of the Faculty of Law.
