Katrine R. Tvede is a Ph.D. researcher with the Amsterdam Center for International Law (ACIL). Her research focuses on the migration and diffusion of norms within the field of international arbitration and is part of the European Research Council-funded project on ‘Private-Public Arbitration as Transnational Regulatory Governance: Charting and Codifying the Lex Mercatoria Publica’ directed by Professor Dr. Stephan Schill.
Katrine holds a LL.B. and a LL.M. from the University of Copenhagen, a LL.M. in International Commercial Arbitration Law from Stockholm University and diplomas from the Hague Academy of International Law (Public International Law) and the International Academy for Arbitration Law. Prior to joining ACIL she was a Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law.
