  • Profile

I am a PhD Candidate at the UvA, supervised by Dr. Bastiaan Rutjens and Dr. Nils Jostmann. I am researching topics on the social psychology of sustainability, specifically public perceptions of complexity in climate change mitigation. I am also interested in cognitive biases such as overconfidence, and working on a project to experimentally test the relationship between overconfidence and susceptibility to fake news.

Prior to starting my PhD, I completed my Master’s in Behavioural Science at the London School of Economics and Political Science, where I specialized in the topics of misinformation and political psychology, and my Bachelor’s in Psychology at the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam.
