Isabella Pozzo is an Assistant Professor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of Amsterdam Business School. Her research focuses on creativity and the creative process in organizations. In particular, she investigates how organizations facilitate and enhance creativity through the top management team. By exploiting primarily quantitative methods (e.g., a hand-collected dataset on the high-end fashion industry), she manages to study how top management team configurations can determine firm outcomes in the creative industries.
Before joining the University of Amsterdam, Isabella received her PhD from Bocconi University in 2020. She was a virtual visiting PhD scholar at the New York University Stern School of Business in the Management and Organizations Department for the academic year 2020/21.
