    Mark O'Neill is a Junior Lecturer and independent researcher at the Communication Science Department of the University Of Amsterdam. Their research focuses on internal corporate communication, diversity, and queer theory.

    In addition to teaching and research, Mark runs the Queer Communication Library, a crowd-sourced repository of queer communication (science) research and resources. They are also a member of UvA Pride, the social network, knowledge centre, and emancipation movement for queer students and staff, and a part of Casual UvA, a labour collective of employees on temporary contracts across a range of departments.
