Eleni is an assistant professor in Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Amsterdam. She currently also serves as an Associate Editor of the Team Performance Management Journal.
Eleni studied Psychology at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich and then completed her masters in Organizational Psychology at the University of Leeds in the UK. Afterwards, she gained her PhD at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich entitled „Team Adaptation Process: An Empirical Investigation of this Unfolding and Dynamic Team Phenomenon”. From 2020 until 2023, she worked as a senior researcher at the Technical University of Munich, where she was the Lead of the Research Group Teamwork | Leadership | Digital Age. Eleni has also completed two research stays, one at the University of Central Florida in the US and one at the University of Exeter in the UK.
Her main research focus is on teamwork, including team performance, team adaptation and collaboration with autonomous technologies as team members.
