Jane Juliana Aggrey is a Ph.D. candidate with the Governance and Inclusive Development group of the Faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences, University of Amsterdam, the Netherlands. She holds an MSc degree in Natural Resources from the University of Greenwich, UK where and specialised in Sustainable Environmental Management, and a BSc degree in Natural Resources Management from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana. Jane worked with Tropenbos International Ghana, a Dutch Non-Governmental Organisation in tropical forests and rural livelihoods.
She also supported teaching and learning at the Faculty of Renewable Natural Resources Management of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. For the past 16 years, she has gained valuable knowledge, experience, and insights in research, policy, and practice on natural resources and environmental management geared toward enhancing rural livelihoods in communities. She aims to contribute effectively to sustainable environmental systems and processes for sustainable human development.
