RoboBioConjugator: AI-guided and automated peptide functionalisation
This MMD TechHub project aims to repurpose an AI-guided autonomous platform that is capable of optimising peptide and protein functionalisation.
Following the recent successes with RoboChem and the SuFEx functionalisation of peptides, the researchers envisaged a new autonomous platform that is capable of optimising peptide and protein functionalisation.
Central to this research, is the development of new analytical systems capable of automatic analysis of these functionalised peptides in the presence of the highly reactive reagents used for SuFEx chemistry.
