Note: the registers up to about 1965 (date/year varies by course) have been transferred to the City Archives and can be consulted there.
If you have your original degree certificate and transcript you can request a certified copy of these documents. Fill out the form below and attach a scan of your degree certificate or transcript and of a valid ID card.
It is also possible to request a certified copy at the Central Student Service Desk. You can have your certified copies made at the Central Student Service Desk upon presentation of the original documents and a valid ID card.
If you have lost your degree certificate an extract from the examination register can be provided. Apart from the original degree certificate (which is issued only once), such a certified copy is the only official proof of graduation.
If you lost your transcript and graduated after 1995, we can provide a certified list of your grades. Unfortunately, these list are often incomplete.
