This track teaches you how to become a trainer who guides groups of employees or employers through change in a careful and motivating way. You'll also develop skills to create specific training programmes. With your understanding of social behaviour and ability to handle tough group situations, you'll stand out as a trainer.

Where do our graduates work?  

This course is very focused. Many students become trainers afterward, working for training agencies, universities, or as freelancers in the business world. They help guide change processes or provide training on delivering difficult news. 

Some examples of positions that our graduates have: 

  • Trainer in social and communication skills for trainingagencies, companies or the government 
  • Freelance trainer for corporate workshops, team-building sessions, or personal development programs 
  • Self-employed consultant, trainer, or coach, managing their own consultancy or training agency 
  • Psychology lecturer or skills trainer at colleges (HBO) or universities 
  • Education adviser for educational institutions or training organizations
